Not only do we have one of the industry's most stringent quality control, but all of our products are sourced directly from the manufacturers with every product in its original factory seal and packaging. We will gladly accept the return of unopened and unworn items in the original seal and packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To make a return, simply email orders@essentialdermcare.com for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and instructions.
- RMA# is required on all returns. Return merchandise must be received within14 days after RMA# is issued and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in transit.
