Please note that you must contact customer service within 30 days of purchase regarding product issues or
delivery status. We are not responsible for such issues if contacted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

| Order Processing |
We only accept orders within the USA. Orders are charged at the time of order placement. Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days and shipped the
next business day. Average delivery time is 2-4 business days depending on location. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time
after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. |
| Shipping |
All orders under $49 in the U.S. are eligible for $5 flat rate shipping. All orders over $49 in the U.S. are eligible for FREE shipping. We ship with either USPS or FedEx, depending on the specified shipping address. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, and we encourage you
to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product
availability. |
| 30 Day Return Policy |
We will gladly accept the return of (1) unopened items in the original
seal and packaging and (2) defective items within 14 days after RMA# is issued and within 30 days from the shipment receipt date. All return items are subject to inspection to ensure that they are unopened and in their original seal and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipment charges, unless otherwise stated in written format by EssentialDermCare.com. We are not responsible for returned items that become lost
or damaged in transit. We recommend sending the return merchandise using a shipping method with tracking number to ensure the package is not mishandled by the return shipping carrier. To make a return, please email orders@essentialdermcare.com for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and instructions. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for credit.

In the rare case that an item becomes backordered, a notification
email will be sent to you immediately. Backordered products are usually shipped within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Purchase of backordered products will be charged at the time of the order. This helps us secure the backordered products from the manufacturer as soon as the products become available. |
| Best Price Protection |
All purchases at EssentialDermCare.com qualify for our best price
protection - if you find a lower total purchase price for the same product
from another official authorized dealer website within 15 days of purchase,
we will refund you 100% of the price difference. Total purchase price includes product, discounts, value of gifts,
and any shipping and handling fees. Product must be identical, including size, lot, and gifts with purchase. Official authorized dealer websites must be incorporated businesses
on the approved dealers list of the manufacturer and does not include
auction websites and individuals. |
