This effective cream contains Episphere-Blue Technology which slowly releases capsules of Vitamin E to provide the eye area with long-lasting hydration while repairing the skin. A blend of other powerful ingredients helps to reduce the appearance of dark under eye circles and puffiness to leave the eyes looking refreshed. B. Instruction
After cleansing, apply morning and night to outer eye area. Reapply as needed.
