SkinMedica TNS Illuminating Eye Cream is a luxurious eye cream formula containing the key ingredient TNS (Tissue Nutrient Solution). It diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, helps reduce puffiness and discoloration and improves skin texture around the delicate eye areas. 
Instructions
Apply twice daily to skin adjacent to and beneath the eye area after cleansing and toning and prior to moisturizing. Avoid contact with eyes.
