SkinMedica Environmental Defense Sunscreen SPF 50+ with UV ProPlex is a full spectrum UVA/UVB defense sunscreen that provides long-lasting protection. The sunscreen utilizes UV ProPlex to improve performance by effecting a more uniform distribution of UV filters on the skin. SkinMedica Environmental Defense Sunscreen SPF 50+ with UV ProPlex contains the following active ingredients: 7.5% Octinoxate and 5.0% Octisalate (provide excellent UVB absorption that helps prevent sun damage to the skin); 6.0% Oxybenzone and 2.0% Octocrylene (provides excellent UVB and short-wave UVA absorption to help prevent sun damage); and 3.3% Zinc Oxide (creates a physical barrier that helps block both UVA and UVB rays). The sunscreen also has the following key ingredients: Caffeine (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits); Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract (antioxidant and protection against free radicals); Picea Excelsa Wood Extract (antioxidant that helps improve the performance of sunscreens); Retinyl Palmitate (helps increase epidermal thickness to keep skin soft and plump); and Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (a stable form of Vitamin C that penetrates the skin). SkinMedica Environmental Defense Sunscreen SPF 50+ with UV ProPlex should be used daily and is suitable for all skin types.

Instructions
Shake well before each application. Apply sunscreen liberally to face and neck before sun exposure. Reapply as needed or after towel drying, swimming, or perspiring. The product is for external use only. For children less than 6 months of age, consult a physician.
