Luzern Hydra-Micellar Fluid is an oil-free, gentle hydrating make-up remover that thoroughly removes daily skin contaminants such as make-up, air pollutants as well as bad oil produced by skin, leaving skin clean, refreshed, balanced, all the while retaining balanced moisture for healthy skin. The key ingredient in the Hydra-Micellar Fluid is pure Zamatt Glacial Water, which works to not only restore and calm the skin, but to deliver beneficial trace minerals that is important to stimulate cell regeneration resulting in fresh and radiant skin. The no-rinse formula is gentle enough to use around the delicate eye areas. Luzern Hydra-Micellar Fluid does not contain any Preservatives, Parabens or Sulfates and is ideal for all skin types.
Instructions
Using cotton ball, pad or tissue, apply to the eye area in a gentle downward motion until all make-up is removed. Rinsing with water is not necessary since this is a no rinse formula.
