Instructions
Mist onto face and neck or apply with a cotton ball twice daily after cleansing. Allow to dry naturally. Also an excellent toner to use before and after facials. Mist on eye compresses or cotton balls to treat tired eyes. For an extra boost, chill in the refrigerator prior to using to cool over stimulated and/or irritated skin.
