Instruction
In the shower: massage skin with circular and vertical motions to increase micro exfoliation. After the shower: gently massage your skin, applying pressure and using vertical movements. Do this three to four times until you feel the sensation of heat. Knead the dimpled skin areas in back and forth motions four to five times. Fold the dimpled skin area in your hands; pull it out and roll it forward with your fingers four to five times. Massage with flat hands another three to four times.
