Exuviance Moisture Balance Toner is designed to hydrate the skin. This refreshing apple-citrus scented formula contains Hyaluronic Acid which binds moisture to the skin to leave it feeling hydrated. Added Rosemary removes excess oil and other impurities from the skin while Chamomile soothes and calms. Exuviance Moisture Balance Toner leaves skin looking and feeling radiant. The balance toner is suitable for all skin types, but ideal for normal and combination skin.
Instruction
Smooth over face and neck with a cotton ball after cleansing.
