Dr. Brandt Time Arrest Eye Serum is designed to improve the appearance of the skin surrounding the eyes. Instruction
Put small amount on ring finger; apply on skin starting from the bone area outside of the eye inward. Avoid contact with eyes, discontinue use if severe irritation develops; consult a physician at once. Product is for external use only.
