Colorescience PRO Eye Pencil delivers perfect color and definition. The moisturizing formula infuses Vitamin E and Natural Jojoba Oil into the lash lines to provide long-lasting, defined color. This unique formulation glides on for soft, easy application. The eye pencil’s color can be intensified and set by applying a Genie Colore powder over the pencil. Colorescience PRO Eye Pencil is suitable for all skin types.
Instruction
Sharpen eye pencil before each use. Apply to top and/or bottom lash lines. For a thinner line, sharpen pencil to a fine point and use light strokes. For a thicker, more dramatic line, use a less sharpened point and broad strokes.
