Instruction
For puffiness, apply morning and night. Apply several times a day if desired. To brighten and lift the eye area, apply 3-4 dots to the outer corner of the eye and pat vigorously for 20 seconds. To clean up eye makeup mistakes just dot on and blend in wherever mistakes were made.
