Cellex-C Under Eye Toning Gel is specifically designed to target aging skin around the eyes. The formula contains Azulene, an anti-inflammatory which reduces puffiness. Added Nicotinic and Oleanolic dilate constricted blood vessels to allow better blood circulation to the delicate eye area. Cellex-C Under Eye Toning Gel stimulates and tones the skin while combating dark under eye circles and puffiness. The toning gel is best suited for mature and aging skin.
Instruction
To apply gently roll under the eye once or twice a day.
