Cellex-C G.L.A. Eye Balm is specially designed to firm and plump the delicate eye area. This intensive formulation contains Evening Primrose Oil to deeply hydrate the skin and provide it with nourishment. Added Aloe soothes the eye area and provides further hydration while Chamomile calms the eyes to reduce puffiness. Cellex-C G.L.A. Eye Balm plumps the skin around the eyes to combat the signs of aging without causing irritation to this sensitive area. The eye balm is best suited for dry or aging skin.
Instruction
Apply a thin layer to the eye area after cleansing and toning. Avoid the eyelids and inner and outer corners of the eyes.
