Bliss Fabulous Everyday Eye Cream has been specially designed to rejuvenate the delicate eye area. Instruction
Gently pat a small amount of cream under and around eye area in the morning and evening. Wait 60 seconds for product to fully absorb before applying moisturizer and/or concealer.
