Instruction
Morning or night, up to twice a day, use the brush applicator to apply a thin line to the base of lashes, as you would apply an eyeliner. Only a small quantity of Blinc Long Lash is needed to achieve the desired results and should be used on clean and dry skin. If applying in the morning, allow product to dry completely prior to applying makeup. Avoid direct contact with the eye.
