Product Description
Blinc Eyeliner is designed to form a water-resistant “layer of color” that contours the eyes. The eyeliner is not a traditional cosmetic paint, so it will not fade, run, smudge, or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes. The eyeliner will create an intense layer of color that will last all day. The layer of color will only come off when you are ready to remove it. Removal is effortless and does not require the use of a harsh makeup remover. Blinc Eyeliner is available in the following colors: Black, Brown, Blue, and Grey. Blinc Eyeliner is suitable for contact lens wearers, sensitive eyes, and active people.
Instruction
Use Blinc Eyeliner on clean and dry skin .Gently pull the lid towards your ear and start at the inner part of the lid. Draw a thin line evenly along the upper lid getting as close to the lashes as possible. If your liner goes astray a little water on a cotton bud will easily correct the problem. Within 1 minute, apply additional layers of color to thicken the line. Once set, additional layers cannot be applied. To remove, you will need a combination of water and pressure. Use lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure will slide the “layers of color” effortlessly off your skin into your hand.
