Product Description
Blinc Eyebrow Mousse is specially designed to create the perfect brow line. This unique formula does not smudge, fade or run so provides a long lasting color which looks natural. Added peptides hydrate the skin under the eyebrows to reduce dry, brittle brows while combating the signs of aging. Blinc Eyebrow Mousse is available in a wide range of colors (Black, Light Blonde, Dark Blonde, Auburn, Light Brunette, and Dark Brunette) to create the perfect look for you.
Instruction
To apply, gently sweep the application wand across the brow line in short strokes to give the appearance of natural hairs. Apply additional coats for deeper color if required. The eyebrow mousse can be easily removed with any makeup remover.
