B. Kamins Purifying Toner (Hydrogen-Ion Moisturizing Toner) has been specifically designed for use on oily skin. This powerful yet gentle toner contains a blend of active ingredients which help to remove excess oil from the skin while restoring the natural pH balance of the skin. Working as a mild exfoliator, the skin is also rejuvenated to leave it looking radiant. When used regularly, B. Kamins Purifying Toner can reduce acne breakouts to leave skin looking healthier.
Instruction
Gently mist directly onto cleansed face and neck, or spray onto cotton pad and apply to face and neck. Avoid eye area. The toner is to be used in the morning and night after cleansing skin.
