| Product Description
B. Kamins Moisturizing Toner has been specially formulated to restore the natural pH level of the skin. This effective toner contains Glycerin to re-hydrate the skin while a blend of other active ingredients condition the skin and restore the natural pH level. Finally, with a hint of exfoliants, dead skin cells are removed from the skin to reveal the fresher skin beneath. B. Kamins Moisturizing Toner is alcohol-free so tones the skin without leaving it feeling tight or dry.
Instruction
Gently mist directly onto cleansed face and neck, or spray onto cotton pad and apply to face and neck. Avoid eye area. The toner is to be used morning and night after cleansing skin.
